IMPROVEMENTS TO HOME LEARNING FOR THE SECOND HALF OF THE SUMMER TERM
1. Reporting
When users do a quiz (the consolidation activities), or one of the quizzes within a lesson, there is now the option to have the results emailed to an email address that the user specifies. This may be the parent/carers email address or the child’s (if they have one).
The email address is not stored by Effective Maths Ltd.
It remains on the servers of the company that host our quizzes (https://www.ispringsolutions.com) for one month and is then deleted.
2. Mobile phones
Whilst it is ideal if the quizzes and lessons are done on a PC or tablet, there are a multitude of reasons why viewing on mobiles would be advantageous. To this end, from 1 June, the new materials on the website are being designed to be mobile-friendly. We cannot guarantee that this is the case – but have tested them on a broad range of mobile phones.
